BIO

Krystal Selbee is a multi-disciplinary artist living on Treaty 6, in Edmonton, Alberta. She holds a BFA from Concordia University in Montreal and a Ceramics Certificate from Halliburton School of Art and Design. She creates as a ritual of self-knowing and in that process she finds herself always coming back to the multiplicitous nature of the body as a point of reference, feeling out what it means to create in the context of looming ecological collapse.
You can find her functional pottery at the Edmonton Arts Council Shop under the name Ritual Ceramics.
